Bobbin ships a second internal interface — a SQL-admin-style console at /admin — for the people who run the operation, not the people running the floor. It sits alongside the main app rather than inside it, scoped to Admin, Manager and Purchasing roles.

The procurement report as a CSV download, purchase-order line import, and logging arrivals against a supplier order.
Availability
Recalculate buildable stock on demand, push it to WooCommerce immediately instead of waiting for the nightly job, and open the "why is this the number it is" explain view described on the Availability & Sync page.
Production
Force-release a production order claim that's stuck with someone who stepped away, or let the automatic expiry handle it — both are visible here, attributed to whoever (or whatever job) did it.
Inventory
Run the on-hand-vs-ledger verification on demand instead of waiting for the nightly check, for the moment someone needs an answer right now.
Ops
An incident dashboard for anything that failed and got queued instead of silently dropped — dead webhooks and outbox events with a replay action, unresolved order lines waiting on a decision, and the full scheduled-job history.
Demo
This demo build adds one more tool that a real deployment wouldn't have: a one-click Reset demo button, gated to demo mode only.
Go-live, troubleshooting, and the occasional bulk fix.
The shop floor app is deliberately narrow — a warehouse picker shouldn't have to page past an incident dashboard to scan a QR code. The admin console is where the wider, occasional work happens: importing an existing catalog at go-live, running a report on demand, or tracking down why one order's stock didn't sync. It's built on the same permission model as the rest of Bobbin — nothing here is a backdoor around the roles described on the Trust & Roles page.
