It tells you about problems. It never hides them.

For the person who has to answer for the data: what catches mistakes automatically, who can touch what, and what happens when something doesn't add up.

CATALOG HEALTH

Checked continuously, not just at go-live.

Six automatic checks catch data mistakes — a missing recipe, an empty BOM, an orphaned blank — before they become a production or storefront problem. No manual audit required, and every blank has a reverse-lookup panel showing exactly where it's used before you discontinue it.

ROLES

Six roles, each scoped to exactly what that job needs.

RoleWhat they can do
WarehousePicking, inventory scans, adjustments, counts
ProductionClaim and produce orders, view the queue
PlannerEverything Production can, plus create and close production plans
PurchasingSuppliers and purchase orders
ManagerRead everything, force-release a stuck claim, recalculate availability, resolve unmatched order lines, view productivity stats and catalog health
AdminEverything above, plus catalog writes, Woo stock mode, and user administration

A warehouse picker can't edit a recipe; a purchasing user can't produce an order. Every action that touches stock or production is tied to the real, logged-in person who did it — never something the app just takes your word for.

RELIABILITY

Nothing fails silently.

If a sync to the storefront hits a snag, it's queued and retried automatically rather than quietly dropped — and if it keeps failing, it shows up on an internal ops dashboard for someone to look at, not in a customer's inbox as a wrong stock count.

If stock and the ledger ever disagree, or a storefront's own numbers ever drift from what was pushed, a nightly check catches it and reports it. The system tells you about drift — it never guesses and silently corrects it for you. Every stock and production action carries a real timestamp and a real person, so if something ever needs investigating, there's always an answer.
